Our Services to Bring Web2 Data On-Chain.

We understand that for many organisations the key barrier to adopting blockchain technology is “where do I start?”

For the past 7 years, we have been building platforms with blockchain technology at its core and the most important lesson we have learned is getting data structure, its definitions and the rules on its logic right.

Why? Because bad data recorded onto the blockchain is counter intuitive.

So, our learnings, whilst have been hard won, we are open to sharing our knowledge with organisations that want to be seen as leaders - to tell their story of doing good. And we promise you it won’t cost the Earth.

Our Approach to Getting You Started

  • Step One: Data Architecture and Design

Not all data in your information system of choice has to be ledgered. So, we will ask the “5W” questions: What, When, Where, Who, Why. We will use global standards e.g., ISO, GRI or CDP and define a taxonomy that helps identify the ledgers that will interoperate with your information system. The output is a detailed Technical Specifications: Data Integration and Interface Document. The goal is data standardisation, codability and interoperability. We want to be fetching the right data at the right time to be ledgered and show its integrity to create confidence and trust in the data: no “green washing”.

  • Step Two: Ledger Design and Development

We want to get your ledgers up and running as fast as possible, so we adopt the Agile methodology as our preferred approach to building: shipping software every two weeks instills confidence and tangible outcomes. And it is not complicated. Our key focus is to ensure that the blockchain technology takes a back seat - you don’t need to know how email works, right? - we are focused 100% on who is in your ecosystem and why they want to check the integrity of your claims. So we design a user-friendly interface to present the ledgered events in a way that everyone can understand without the tech speak.

  • Step Three: Finalisation and Review

We take your cybersecurity seriously. Ironically, distributed ledgers are quite a step up from Web2.0 systems or even Excel Spreadsheets because of its unique characteristics: distributed, cryptography, and immutability. We do not ledger sensitive or commercial in confidence information - nor identities for that matter. Should we use smart contracts for rules automation, these will be audited by a third party before deployment to mainnet. At the end of the day, you will own your own data, we merely provide the means to access the benefits of blockchain technology: this is our passion.
